Return & Refund Policy (for ZyoraElite)

 

Returns:

We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or wrong products received.
Customers must share unboxing video + images within 24 hours of delivery.
 

Refunds:

Once approved, the refund is processed within 3-7 business days to the original payment method.
Non-returnable items:
 
  • Used items
  • Damage caused after delivery
  • Customized orders
  • Size/color change requests (not applicable to metal clocks)
 

Replacements:

If the product is damaged, we will send a free replacement.
 
Note: We do not offer refunds for “change of mind”.
